• Holds accreditation with all appropriate Reverse Mortgage Lenders
• Maintains a minimum standard of ongoing professional development to ensure a full appreciation of the Reverse Mortgage market.
• Has completed the Smart Solutions Reverse Mortgage Training program.

Smart Solutions believes in a complete approach to the customer experience, as such when discussing Reverse Mortgage with you, a Smart Reverse Mortgage Professional will always:

• Undertake a fact find to establish the clients complete situation.
• Recommend products provided by members of SEQUAL.
• Provide hard copy illustrations of the proposed Reverse mortgage.
• Recommend products that comply with the Uniform Credit Code.
• Only recommend products with a no negative equity guarantee.
• Disclose all commissions and remuneration.

In addition to this a Smart Solutions Reverse Mortgage Professional will always:

• Ensure that clients are not liable for any fees for their loan until it settles.
• Ensure that clients are not liable for fees in the event that they do not proceed.
• Provide their service at no cost to the client.
